Feature Glass Wall Panel in Residential Gym, London

The entire wall of this high-end, residential gym illuminates to majestically display a vintage photograph of “The Greatest”, Muhammed Ali.

With photographs of that era being of limited size, Spanlite’s Studio Team were employed to adapt the image into a full-size artwork. Echoing the style of vintage newsprint techniques, the image was converted in a multitude of black & white circles so that it could be enlarged without losing clarity or definition. From just a couple of feet away, the series of dots merge and focus, once again portraying the photographic image.

Once complete, the artwork was encapsulated into our Stratum Image Glass offering a crisp modern finish to this iconic image. Brightly backlit with our LED Light Sheet and housed within a bespoke Spanlite frame, the entire feature was installed by our expert team.
